Flexible Search API and Drupal Integration

For Drupal websites we rely on the SearchAPI with a specific indexing process to a vector database. This allows us to specify what content should be available for the search and the AI, and we can also add specific metadata that is not available from the outside.

Combined with Vector Databases (RAG)

For the vector database we mostly use Qdrant, but for simpler use cases we also use Solr's Dense Vector functionality - especially when Solr is already used.

LLM Flexibility

A big advantage of our solution is that we are totally free what service we use here. We have good experience with OpenAI and other providers.

This flexibility allows us to choose the best LLM for your specific use case and requirements.

• So also when there is no search result, we don't show content from outside

Basic Version

Search results don't change (it is still just a list of website content), but it's possible to ask questions in the free text search field, and the system understands the search intent and returns relevant results. We also have solutions where our system picks the right filter options that can be updated or refined afterwards. This solution is very handy for use cases where interaction should be kept to a minimum.

FAQ Chatbot

AI supported FAQ section: Here we only index FAQ content and allow users to interact only with this content. This provides a chat-based interaction using only content from your website, allowing a more user-friendly way to answer typical questions from your users and clients.

Basic Version Plus Summary

Building upon the Basic version, we generate a summary of the search results. Users don't have to click into search results to get the
required information, only if more specific information is needed. We make it very transparent where the information originates from and offer
links to the relevant content.

Fully Chat Based Interaction

Here the search works like a chat, with the possibility to ask back, refine search intent and results are presented in a chat-based UI. This provides the most interactive and conversational search experience.
