Show & Tell @ ACOLONO

At ACOLONO, we believe that learning never stops. That’s why we run regular Show & Tell sessions (SHATs). Short, engaging talks where colleagues (and sometimes external experts) share their knowledge, insights, and experiences.

What is a SHAT?

A SHAT is our space to

• 🚀 Share what we’re working on, new ideas, or lessons learned.
• 👥 Learn from each other and from invited experts.
• 💡 Get inspired to try new approaches, tools, and ways of thinking.
• 🤝 Connect across teams and strengthen our company culture.

Why we do it

Knowledge transfer is at the heart of innovation.
SHATing help us:

• Make expertise visible across the company.
• Spread best practices quickly and effectively.
• Encourage open communication and collaboration.
• Build a workplace where curiosity and learning are celebrated.
• Prepare/practice talks and get feedback, before presented at a public event like Drupal Camps, A11y Day, Local Meetups etc.

Watch & Rewatch

All sessions are recorded, so everyone can rewatch them at any time, making sure no knowledge is lost and everyone has the chance to catch up.
