The Drupal Austria Agency Meetup brings together agencies and professionals working with Drupal across Austria.

Together with Drupal Austria we are happy to organize the next chapter of this Meetup.

The Drupal Agency Meetup is a space to exchange experiences, discuss challenges, and share insights from real world customer projects, from complex enterprise platforms to long term, community driven initiatives.

This meetup is about honest conversations between peers. No sales pitches and no stage pressure. Just agency leaders and Drupal people who build on Drupal share their insights. Whether you lead an agency, manage teams, or are deeply involved in contributions, the focus is on practical knowledge, collaboration, and strengthening the local Drupal ecosystem.

We look forward to welcoming familiar faces and new participants for an open evening of discussion, networking, and community exchange.

Drupal CMS 2.0

The release of Drupal CMS 2.0 is super near. What does it mean for local agencies? How do we want to communicate this important milestone?

At ACOLONO we had a lot of communication/planning and even more contributions before Christmas, to make a long anticipated feature come to reality. A “next Drupal events” Block, which make his way to the upcoming Drupal CMS 2.0. It will be included in the Backend Dashboard, so every user, who installs Drupal CMS 2.0 and log in, will see next Drupal events directly in the Drupal backend! Drupal AI Barcamp

We are thinking of organizing a specialized Drupal Barcamp in Vienna, specially aimed for AI interested People. During the Agency Meetup we want to spot possibilities and collect feedback and Ideas from the others

Drupal Skills

We worked hard with Skilldisplay to make a Contribution for CMS and especially Drupal-Skills.
As you may know, we helped to organize the “Drupal in a Day” event during Drupal Con Vienna.

With 120 registrations and 90 attendees it was a huge success.
But e.g. the students from HTL Rennweg did that at their free time, and it could be recognized as a school event. If they could get provide predefined skills, which their System could acknowledge, then we could help them to mark the professor this as a learning unit and as a “school day”.

Therefor we sat together with the founders from SkillDisplay and with a first Workshop and then finetuning sessions, we developed the basic Drupal Skills you get during a “Drupal in a Day” training.

We want to show and present the outcome during the Drupal Agency Meeting.

Drupal In a Day Chicago

Nico is helping here a bit the organizers, and we want also to talk, how to foster the Drupal in a Day Trainings and bring that also in 2026 to Greece and maybe also again to Vienna.
 

After the Agency Meetup we transition directly to the 25th Drupal birthday party.
Yes, Drupal is turning 25 and we will celebrate it!
